Hello, my name is Simon and I am the creator of faceworkoutformen.com. I am currently 61 years old but hopefully you think I don’t look it. That’s because I’ve been practising the face muscle exercises in my book for many years now. I often get told I do not look my age and thought it was time to let you know how I do it.

In a past life I was a freelance writer and producing articles for printed magazines and on-line has led me down some interesting lines of research and none have been so fascinating as the subject of health and fitness and how it can keep us guys looking and feeling younger for longer.

In the last few years, it has become OK for men to care about how they look. Gay or straight, young or old, men all over the world want to look and feel good for as long as possible.

It’s now macho to moisturize, exfoliate, pluck, shave and pamper. The growth in sales of male cosmetics and the rapid spread of beauty salons for boys just goes to show that getting gorgeous is no longer the preserve of the opposite sex.

This book explores the many well-researched and thoroughly tested ways you can slow down and even reverse the signs of aging, whether it be through facial and body exercise, a change of diet, sex-boosting natural aphrodisiacs, grooming secrets or unleashing the infinite power of your subconscious mind.
